Refund & Returns Policy

Because every lamp is handmade to order, we have a specific refund policy that protects both you and our small business:

Damaged on Arrival If your lamp arrives damaged, we've got you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged lamp
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
  • Your order number

Free Replacement with Shipping Protection If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your lamp arrives damaged, we'll send you a free replacement at no extra cost. No hassle.

Without Shipping Protection If you didn't add Shipping Protection and your lamp arrives damaged, we'll work with you on a discounted replacement, but full free replacement isn't guaranteed. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout — it's a small price for full peace of mind.

Non-Returnable Items Because each lamp is handmade just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Slight variations in wood grain, resin patterns, or color (every lamp is one-of-a-kind by nature)

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your lamp may already be in production and cancellation is no longer possible.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your local carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, customers with Shipping Protection are covered for a free replacement.
